Volunteers Wanted: Be part of Worcestershire’s Music & Food Festival!

Can you give a few hours of your time to help at Asparafest?

Volunteering Opportunities include: Box Office, Back Stage, Customer Service, Set Up and Take Down, TaskForce, Helping with Workshops and General Stewarding.

This is a great opportunity to be part of an event right from the start, to gain valuable festival and event experience, learn new skills, and support your local community

In return for 3-4 hours stewarding per day you will receive a ticket for the rest of the festival, a meal and drinks voucher, and be welcomed into our enthusiastic and friendly team!

Festival Location

Ashdown Farm, Badsey, Nr Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 7PA

The Festival will be open from 10am Saturday 3 June till 11pm and 10am to 5pm Sunday 4 June. Camping is available if booked in advance. You can arrive from 6pm Friday 2 June and stay Fri & Sat night. There are basic camping facilities (portaloos and temporary festival showers). Caravans/Motorhomes are welcome but there are no electric hookups.

The bar will be open from Friday night with live music, and there will be caterers available all weekend.

Parking

Free parking for cars and coaches is available onsite, disabled parking is available for disabled badge holders.

The Tracy Sollis Leukaemia Trust volunteers run our car park and welcome any donation you can offer. 

Should you need to arrange any special parking requirements please contact us prior to the day.

Why not Car Share? We’re keen to help do our part to emit less carbon and we’d like to think you are too!
